It wreck my whole diet program. It made me sick. It made me weak. It made my shit like some "shake" It made my stomach hurts. It made me crazy like hell.
But it won't deter me from achieving my goal. I still don't eat rice. I control my fluid and solids intake. I'm gonna achieve the so called "Impossible". Now the only obstacle is TIME. I'm gonna buckle up. I'm gonna start my exercise regime. I'm gonna run. I'm gonna cycle. I'm gonna succeed. Insya-Allah.
