Rule #1. Plenty of fluids (Plain Water)
I've been re-conditioning my body with plenty of fluids (plain water only) and honestly i can say that it brought great positive impact to my body. I can feel a bit tad "lighter", waking up has never been so easy, and my digestive system improved heheh. I hope all of this will help me on my very own JDM 5 Diet Diary adventure scheduled to start very soon! Stay tuned!!
